Getting started with Hildi Consulting is straightforward. Here is how the process works from your first message to project kickoff.
- Send us a message via the contact form, email (info@hildiconsulting.com), or Telegram describing what you need.
- We review your request and schedule a discovery session.
- During the consultation, we discuss your goals, current processes, and potential automation opportunities.
- We prepare a proposal with scope, timeline, and pricing. You review and approve it.
- Once the proposal is signed, we issue an invoice and begin project work after payment.
What happens next
After project kickoff, you receive regular progress updates. Most projects are delivered within 2-6 weeks depending on scope. You can request changes at any stage.

How to Get an Invoice
We issue invoices for all services. Here is how the invoicing process works.
- After you approve the proposal, we generate an invoice with all project details, pricing, and payment instructions.
- The invoice is sent to your email as a PDF document.
- Each invoice includes: service description, amount, bank details, due date, and our company registration info (IČO).
- If you need a proforma invoice or a custom format, let us know and we will accommodate.
What happens next
Once the invoice is paid, we confirm receipt and begin (or continue) the project work. Payment confirmation is typically within 1-2 business days.

How to Pay
We accept several payment methods. Here is everything you need to know about paying for our services.
- Review the invoice you received by email. It contains all payment details.
- Transfer the amount via bank transfer (SEPA for EU clients) using the bank details on the invoice.
- Include the invoice number in the payment reference so we can match it quickly.
- Payment is due within the timeframe stated on the invoice (typically 14 days).
- After payment, we send a confirmation and project work begins or continues.

If you have trouble with payment or need an alternative method, contact us. We are flexible and can discuss options like milestone-based payments for larger projects.

How to Request Changes
Need to modify something during or after a project? Here is how to request changes.
- Describe the changes you need via email, Telegram, or the contact form. Be as specific as possible.
- We assess the scope of changes and let you know if they are within the original agreement or require additional work.
- For changes within scope, we implement them in the next project iteration.
- For changes outside the original scope, we provide a separate estimate and timeline before proceeding.
- Once approved, changes are implemented and delivered with the same quality standards.
What happens next
Minor changes are typically handled within 1-3 business days. Larger modifications may require a revised timeline. We always communicate clearly about any impact on schedule or cost.
